New Baby Greeting Funny Words

yet it moves (the train)! AAA

Bella gente, inaspettatamente torno abbastanza presto sul blog , per raccontarvi di un interessante esperimento che la Provincia di Biella sta portando avanti in tema di Trasporto pubblico locale (TPL), in particolare ferroviario.

E' enough known, at least for citizens (especially commuters) Piedmont and "insiders" in the railway sector, the "break" that existed between the Piedmont Region and Trenitalia , concerning the renewal of the Service Contract - make high-sounding to say that the regions, owners of the legislation in terms of TPL, they pay good money to Trenitalia, so that it continues to go to the scassatissimi regional trains.
Because of this, the Governor of Piedmont - Mercedes Bresso - decided to make a public tender, the international expectations of the service contract and its benefits : in short, as long as the regional elections do not lead sconquassi, quest'anno dovrebbero svolgersi gare di "appalto" per le varie tratte ferroviarie regionali, con il vantaggio che esse saranno suddivise in lotti ( e.g. Milano-Torino, Alessandria-Piacenza, etc .), così da non scoraggiare i potenziali concorrenti con un "boccone" troppo grosso per essere ingerito.

Bene.
L'articolo è auto-esplicativo e non necessita di commenti da parte mia: dico solo, per correttezza, which was taken from the always excellent site clickmobility.it , that urge you to follow, in case there involving the issues of mobility and TPL.

Direct trains to Milan and Turin closer. A concrete response to those who travel daily to the city for work and study

Biella tip exiting the regional rail system and looks for a 'private company

The news already has a name: Arenaways, a company Alexandria has presented its financial offer for the implementation of the service. The next step - explaining in the province - will be the involvement and presentation society institutions to reach an agreement that allows to cope with the economic demand

In the absence of a major project of the Piedmont Region, which has the power rail, the Province of Biella is assumed to move independently, "looking for reliable private company that provides an efficient transport service that combines directly and quickly to the two main cities of Biella Nord, Milan and Turin.
Our area - explain in the province - can not afford to sit back and wait, so we decided to move themselves. "

Yesterday morning President Roberto Simonetti, together alderman Luca Castagnetti and alderman of Transportation for Budget Pier Giorgio Fava, held a press conference on the fundamental theme of rail Biella.
The Chairman opened the profound desire of the provincial administration to release the Biellese territory of the current state of "perfect isolation" and give a concrete answer to all those who are forced to travel daily to the city to get to work.

The novelty has a precise name, the private research company responds to the reality of Arenaways, a company in Alexandria that has already submitted its tender for the implementation of economic service.

"The offer received from Arenaways - Castagnetti said - about the coverage of sections from Biella Biella in Milan and Turin, and I want to emphasize that in just over an hour, exactly an hour and 12 minutes to reach the Rho station, which is just over ten minutes by subway from downtown Milan. A strength of this proposal is the frequency of direct links, are in fact provided twenty-two every day, eleven and eleven from Biella in Milan from Milan to Biella, covering a time span ranging from 6 to 23. Are twelve links to the capital of Piedmont. "

Illustrating the terms of the offer, the President explained the need of the involvement of all the "rod system" to meet the economic demands of the company, which is between 500 and 600 thousand euro per year. The Alexandrian society has planned to cover about half of the investment with the proceeds from the ticket office and pay the remaining as a business risk.

"I hope - said the president - that local institutions contribute to the realization of this project, which will fly already in June 2010. Epidenziare I still will not be an advantage only for Biella but will also have significant value in attractive to those who now lives and works in Milan, who might decide to move in Biella, with real estate costs and lower life than the capital city of Lombardy and with a much higher quality of life. "

The next step is therefore the involvement and presentation of Arenaways institutions to reach an agreement that allows to cope with economic demand.

"I hope - said Castagnetti - having to call a new conference in the coming days to announce the conclusion of the agreement, and then the departure of the links from June 2010."
